Salt scrubs are also great to remove dead skin cells and exfoliate the skin. You can use this scrub 2-3 times a week before bed, meditation, healing, or ritual work work to get your energy into a proper vibration.

Directions:
Scoop some salt scrub in a bowl and bring with you into the shower or bath.  Avoid getting water into your jar. 

Why Dendritic salt?

Dendritic salt is the finest grain salt and absorbs oils very well and is the least abrasive salt. The scrub feels very soft to the touch. For those that are sensitive and still find the scrub too abrasive, add a little water to your hand before applying to the skin. The water will break it down.

Castile soap the blend so it doesn't leave an oily residue on your skin.
